I have been a professional chef for over 20 years and also teaching and writing about food for many years in lots of different dynamics - from one on one tuition through to corporate groups of hundreds of people lecturing on how food can ‘feed the brain’ and how our diet can improve our overall health by simply making subtle changes.
I cover all aspects of food from the nutritional essentials, where to source the best ingredients and even at a molecular level for those that are interested !
I love sharing my experience and helping people understand food better and also passing on many chefs tricks and tips.
